How long will it take for my order to ship?
In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days. Customized items that are made-to-order will be shipped out to you within a week. This timeframe is our best estimate and does not include shipping time. If our production time is delayed, we will notify you promptly with an approximate ship date. We recommend ordering your dresses about 2 months before the date that they are needed so that you'd receive them with time to spare.
If your order contains both customized and other items, the entire order will ship together when the all the items are completed.

Nature of Handcrafted Products
Many of our accessories are handmade. Therefore, you might find slight variations between pieces. That is what makes them special and unique. Please also note that colors may look different on your device. If you are ever in doubt, please email us with any questions prior to purchase at email@example.com.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on this website. However, device displays vary and so we are not able to guarantee that the display of any color on your device will be completely accurate.
Orders are sent via USPS Priority, USPS, FedEx and DHL. Delivery is estimated to take between 1-3 business days within the USA and 6-12 business days to the rest of the world.
We do our best to package your order with care. However, once it leaves our hands, we can no longer be held responsible for it, and cannot reimburse or replace items that have been lost or damaged during shipping.
Free Shipping within the U.S. on orders $75+
We offer Free Shipping on orders of $75 or more. To qualify for Free Shipping, the total order must reach $75, after any promotional discounts are applied. To redeem, select "Free Shipping" as the shipping option at checkout. Valid on shipments to a single US address only. Not valid on international shipments.
We ship internationally. Please note that import duties, taxes and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
Chocolette is currently obligated to collect sales tax in New York.
We are happy to send out your gifts to multiple addresses. However, we are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each destination.
From time to time, we may offer a promotion that is associated with a specific code. The code may be entered during the checkout process. Promotions cannot be combined, are not redeemable for cash and may not be adjusted on previous purchases. Discounts taken will be pre-tax and before shipping, and will be taken off items returned. Unfortunately, if a promotion code is not entered at checkout, we cannot apply it to your order once it has been placed.
Chocolette accepts returns within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund of the purchase price excluding any shipping charges. Items must be returned in a new and unused condition, with all original garment tags still attached.
What Can Be Returned
Due to the nature of customized orders that have been made specially for you, we will not be able to accept returns unless the customized pieces were damaged or faulty when delivered to you. Sale items, earrings and hair accessories also cannot be returned.
How to Make Returns
To return an item, please notify us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and ship the item back to us within 14 days of the delivery date. We recommend that you return all items, prepaid, via a carrier with a tracking number. Once the return has been received and accepted, you will receive your refund via the same means that was used to make your purchase. Please allow up to 15 business days for us to refund your credit card upon receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, and the value of the final order is below the applicable free shipping value, the standard shipping charge will be deducted from your refund amount.
Important Return Information
Sale items, earrings and hair accessories are not eligible for exchanges or refunds. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all original garment tags still attached. Damaged soiled or altered returns will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Please send us a message if you have any questions on any of our products prior to purchase. We will do our best to answer them so that you can confidently make your choice.
